- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ All Purpose Flour
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Dash salt
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, or mix with spoon. Beat in vanilla and egg white.
