- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 egg
Grasshopper Filling
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 3 to 4 drops green food color
Raspberry Frosting
- 1/2 cup chilled whipping cream
- 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam or preserves

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir all the Cookie Base ingredients until soft dough forms. Press into pan; bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Cool for about 20 minutes

Step2In a large bowl, stir all Grasshopper Filling ingredients until smooth. Spread over bars. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.

Step3Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Step4Next, whip the vanilla frosting until light and fluffy. Slowly fold whipped cream into frosting until combined.
